Coupling information:

The coupling is installed on the outer ring of the shaft extension end, the inner hole of the coupling is provided with a keyway, and the coupling is provided with a fixing screw fixedly connected with the shaft. The hydraulic pump requires a medium load on the coupling. The high-pressure hydraulic transmission system, the vane pump runs smoothly, with low noise and leakage, and the structure is complex and the cost is between the two. When the coupling is working, it does not have the obvious oil churning effect like the bearing, and it will cause heat due to excessive grease. Both axial and circumferential directions are fixed, which can effectively transmit axial force and torque.
It is safe and reliable when the pump is running, and can be applied to other pumps of similar structure in addition to the vertical multi-stage barrel-type condensate pump. Lubriion has a great influence on the working performance of the coupling. Appropriate lubriion specifiions should be used, and grease is generally used for lubriion. In the of heavy working conditions, adding aluminum disulfide to the grease will significantly improve the lubriion effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, the metal wear debris adheres to the inner surface of the casing, so that the oil on the chain can be kept clean.
