About delivery:
- What is your usual way of delivery?
Usually, we send with DHL, UPS, or EMS. We also send by sea by bulk order.
To Russia, We can also send with a Russian line. Russian line is a shipment way sent by truck and train.
If the quantity of orders is not very big, we could send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, OR EMS, etc.
If an order is big, we will advise you to use Air Shipping or Sea Shipping through your nominated forwarder agent. Our long-term cooperated agent is also available.
- What information do you need to check the freight cost/shipping cost?
Firstly, it's the quantity of the parts that you need. We need this information to calculate the weight and volume.
Secondly, it's the delivery address and postal code.
About Payment:
- If we make the order, can we pay as an individual? Or we should make the contract for each delivery?
We accept Western Union, PayPal, and T/T.
For small orders, we recommend Western Union and PayPal.
For PayPal, you'll need to pay an extra 5% of the total amount to cover the PayPal cost.
For T/T, you'll need to pay an extra 50 USD to cover the bank charge and handling cost if the order is less than 1000 USD.
About products:
- What is your core activity (do you deal with engine replacement parts, fuel system, undercarriage, etc)?
We mainly do the couplings, seal kits, hydraulic parts, solenoids, electric parts, gear parts, bearings, and other excavator spare parts.
- Which kind of machinery do you work with (bulldozers, front loaders, graders, excavators, etc)?
We mainly do the spare parts for excavators. But sometimes to meet customers' requirements, we will do the sourcing for the customers for their needs for loader parts, air compressor parts, and so on.
- Which brands of machinery do you work with?
We supply parts for brands like Hitachi, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Sumitomo, Hyundai, Kobelco, Liebherr, JCB, etc.
We mainly do small to medium size excavators.
- Do you have the stock?
Most of our products are in stock.
- Can you send us the price lists (so that we do not always bother you when we need the price info)?

- Can you send us the dimensions and photos of the parts we need?
In most cases, just the part number will be enough. But sometimes, we will send you the dimensions and photos so that you can double-check before sending the parts.
